About the Conference

"Empowered by Faith: Embracing Femininity" is a transformative 3-day seminar designed to inspire, educate, and empower high school and college students on the journey of faith and femininity. Through engaging workshops, meaningful discussions, and interactive activities, participants will explore the intersection of faith, identity, and womanhood in today's world.

By the end of the program, attendees will leave feeling empowered, equipped, and inspired to embrace their unique identities in Christ and make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
Our Speakers
Melina - Host
Introducing Melina Thomas, an accomplished public speaker, trending Amazon author and content creator. She is a proud wife, podcast host and big sister to many students across the country. Melina has earned the distinction of the ILatina Excellence Award for cultivating knowledge and making a difference in the state of Florida.
With a Bachelors degree in Media Communication and Journalism, she uses her expertise to connect with Millineals and Gen Z. With an unwavering passions, Melina shares her platform “Be the First”, which encourages young people to be the first to make a positive change, regardless of their circumstances. Her goal is to empower and encourage young girls to become the next generation of positive leaders for Christ.
Jen
Jennifer Jill Schwirzer enjoys the challenge of running a small non-profit organization through which she writes books, presents seminars, conducts a counseling practice and just generally exhausts herself in God’s service.

In 1999, Jennifer graduated from Atlantic Union College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in religion. She completed her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling through Capella University in March of 2008. She received a Doctor of Education from Liberty University in 2021. She runs a counseling practice out of her home office in Orlando, Florida, where she is licensed by the state. She also runs Abide Network, an online mental health coaching and education ministry serving people all over the world.
Ricci
Ricci Briana Williams is a Confidence Coach, Speaker, and the founder of Watching Women Win. But most importantly, she, just like you, is a daughter of The King. Ricci knows what it’s like to believe that God put something special inside of you, but then have trouble showing up like you believe it. To feel like you’re really that girl when you’re alone at home, but shrink as soon as you step outside or into a new space.

Driven by these experiences and her passion to help women and girls step confidently into their calling, Ricci works with women to achieve the clarity and confidence needed to pursue their biggest dreams by letting go of old lies and embracing the truth of who God made them to be. Ricci truly loves to see women win, and is humbled and excited to be here with you today.
Faithful
Faithful Byrd was raised in a deeply Christian household, as the daughter of a pastor and educator parents within the Seventh-day Adventist community. Leaving home at 18, she sought a deeper spiritual connection with God, shaping her life’s purpose.
Faithful, a Christian musician, discovered her calling in sharing Jesus gospel through music. Her unwavering commitment to ministry bloomed when she recommitted herself to Christ at the age of 27. Balancing roles as a Christian artist, public speaker, author bestseller, christian actress, business owner, and educator, she fervently mentors young adults and high schoolers in their faith journeys and pursuit of truth. Guided by a profound desire to spread Christ teachings and honor God commandments, Faithful passionately dedicates her life to Christ mission.
Zion
Zion Hamilton is an Orlando based beauty and lifestyle content creator and makeup enthusiast. Her love for makeup began in high school when she purchased her first palette from Dollar Tree. While her makeup journey initially was rooted in insecurity and need to belong, it slowly blossomed into a passion of expressing creativity while letting her inner beauty shine through just as brightly.
Zion knows what its like to hide your inner feelings behind a smile and amazing lip combo. Once she discovered that true beauty comes from within and that inner confidence through knowing she is God’s daughter is the glue that ties everything together, the way she saw herself changed and the way she did her makeup changed!
